we learn to love him back,
to learn to see the goodness in him
There you yearn to be connected
forming heaps of want-to-dos just for him
After all, isn't that all part of love?
Although being limited
u strive on even when whats ahead seems a blur
Willingly, you put down your all and give it your best shot
Be it speak the right words, do the right thing
You would do what you do
Just cos you know
that it will bring a smile across his face.

Because God first loved us..
It all started with Him loving us
There the story unfolds
Knowing so,
do we yearn to have a relationship with Him?
How would our lives be different?
Are we doing what we're doing, just cos we know,
it brings a smile across His face?
Are we persevering on in tough and confused times
cos you know that He's there?
Better still, if you haven't met this God who loves you,
will you give this relationship a shot?
